Don’t invest any money into SWAT, end it now – Don Jazzy urges government.

Don Jazzy has called for immediate cancellation of the newly  police unit, Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT).



The new police unit is a replacement of the now resolve Special Anti-Robbery Squads (SARS), following  the nationwide protest against police brutality, extortion and harassment.

Don Jazzy, speaking after the IG of Nigeria police force made  the announcement of SWAT, condemned the new unit as unnecessary and should be terminated with immediate effect to avoid unnecessary expenses in setting up the unit.

They should just end this SWAT now before it starts o.

“’Nobi’ tomorrow now they will say they spent money to do logo, spend money to do uniforms. Don’t spend any money o, end it now before it mature.”
